Abstract

The text deals with the international protection of copyright and the clash between the copyright and droit d'auteur systems. It shows how the two different systems of author protection have influenced the construction of international rules on the subject.

Leonardo Estevam de Assis Zanini, USP

Doutorando em Direito Civil pela USP, mestre em Direito Civil pela PUC-SP, bacharel em Direito pela USP; Juiz Federal em São Paulo, diretor da Associação dos Juízes Federais de São Paulo e Mato Grosso do Sul, ex-Delegado de Polícia Federal, ex-Procurador do Banco Central do Brasil, ex-Defensor Público Federal.
